New Client Info
To ensure the best experience for you and a safe, effective session, please review the following information for new clients:
Initial Consultation
• A brief phone consultation is required prior to accepting new clients.
• During this call, we’ll discuss your goals, health history, and ensure massage therapy is a good fit for your needs.
• At your first appointment, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete the necessary paperwork, including a detailed medical history.
Payment Policy
• All services must be paid at the time of service via cash, debit, or credit card.
• A card must be on file to book your appointment. This helps protect my income should the expectations of the cancellation policy (below) not be met.
• Credit & Debit prepayment options are also available when booking your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
• Life happens! While I understand emergencies and illness occur, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or a no show will be charged 50% of the service cost.
• Repeated no-shows, late arrivals, or frequent cancellations may result in removal from the client roster to maintain scheduling integrity for all clients.
Policies & Expectations
• A complete list of policies regarding conduct, payment, and services will be provided during your first appointment.
Preparation for Your Session
• Bring yourself—no other preparation is required.
• Staying hydrated before and after your session is recommended.
Availability & Wait List
• I work with a minimal client list due to my current part-time availability.
• You are welcome to join the waitlist below, and I’ll be working through the list as I am able to take on additional clients.
