Melissa Bending

Wife, mom, small business owner, volunteer, yoga teacher, and licensed massage therapist. Each of these roles has shaped who I am and inspired the work I do through Bending Collective.

 

As someone with a bit of a Type A personality, I know firsthand how easy it is to get caught up in the busyness of life. Yoga and massage have taught me the importance of slowing down, making space for self-care, and finding balance. These practices aren’t just for people who are naturally calm—they’re for anyone navigating stress, whether it shows up in the mind, body, or both. 

 

Bending Collective values the importance of showing up for yourself—whether that means moving through a yoga flow, unwinding with therapeutic massage, or simply taking a moment to recharge. Here, everyone is welcome to arrive just as they are and explore mindful practices that support real self-care, without pressure or judgment.
